They have also assisted with developing a strategy to monitor our energy consumption in our office buildings in the form of DECs. Whilst were are under no current legal obligation to produce and display such documents, it has naturally allowed us to benchmark or energy consumption figure with the view to reduce.

Daniel also runs a Green Deal Organisation that requires a Quality Management System that has to meet very high standards as set by DECC.

leeds trinity university

Leeds Trinity University have employed the services of Fading Footprints over the past years since it was law to provide and Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s).

We have found them to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their surveys and the production of these (DEC’s) for the many buildings on the University site that are required to have them.

They are also very competitive in their costs for these works. I can therefore without hesitation confirm that we are very satisfied with employing Fading Footprints to carry the work on (DEC’s) for us on an annual basis.
